What is Trimethylolpropane Triglycidyl Ether?
Trimethylolpropane triglycidyl ether (TMPTGE) is a natural chemical in the glycidyl ether family. Chemical formula: C15H26O6, IUPAC name: 2 – [2,2-bis (oxyran-2-ylmethoxymethyl) butoxymethyl] oxylane, CAS No. 3454-29-3. It additionally has one more CAS No. 30499-70-8. Among its key uses is as a modifier of epoxy resin and as a reactive diluent.
Trimethylolpropane triglycidyl ether (TMPTE) is a trifunctional aliphatic glycidyl ether epoxide monomer, generally used as a crosslinking representative, and also has chemical resistance and mechanical resistance.
