Application:
- antineoplastic, immonusupressant;inhibits purine nucleotide synthesis and metabolism
- Has a cytotoxicity effect
- Anti-tumor drugs. Treatment of acute and chronic leukemia, chorioepithelial carcinoma and malignant hydatidiform mole, it is also effective for malignant lymphopathy and multiple myeloma. Adverse reactions mainly include nausea, vomiting, decreased appetite, and sometimes diarrhea, oral inflammatory disease and oral ulcers. During the medication, the blood picture should be strictly checked, and the liver function should be checked. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction should be used with caution when reducing the dosage. When combined with allopurinol, allopurinol should be reduced to 25%-50% of the original dose.
