What is Mogroside V?
Momordica grosvenori is rich in glycosides. The total content in dried fruits is 3.78-3.86%. The most abundant glycoside is mogroside V, which is about 22% of the total glycosides. The sweetness of mogroside V is 256 times that of sucrose. It has a sweet and pure taste, no peculiar taste, strong aftertaste, and good thermal stability. It can be used as a sweetener for foods and dishes. It has low calories and is not suitable for obese patients. Confectionery is an ideal sugar substitute for diabetics, and has the effect of expectorating, relieving cough and relieving asthma.
Pharmacological Effects of Mogroside V

Mogroside V Use
