Description:

Iminostilbene (2,3,6,7-Dibenzazepine) is the chemical precursor of carbamazepine, which is mainly used in the treatment of epilepsy and neuropathic pain.

Chemical Properties:

Yellow to orange crystals. The melting point is 193-195°C (197-199°C).

Application:
  1. Pharmaceutical intermediate, used to produce analgesic and anticonvulsant Tongjingning.
  2. Iminostilbene used as a pharmaceutical intermediate, used in the synthesis of carbamazepine.
