What is Diclosan?
Diclosan can provide antibacterial or bactericidal effects on pathogenic and foul smelling microorganisms. Due to its long-lasting antibacterial effect on treated surfaces, products containing Diclosan have long-lasting freshness and antibacterial protection on fabrics, hard surfaces, and cleaning utensils; Compatible with anionic, cationic, Zwitterion and non-ionic components, it is stable in a wide pH range.
Diclosan Uses
Diclosan widely used in cosmetics, detergents, medical disinfection, and healthcare products.
Diclosan is used to treat halogenated phenolic compounds through sequential metal reduction and laccase catalyzed oxidation.
Application scope: Laundry dishwashing, hard surface cleaning, food and beverage processing, food services, and kitchen hygiene. Commercial laundry institutions, cleaning and hygiene, vehicles, and transportation care.
HP-100 is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent suitable for use in household and fabric care products, kitchen utensils or hard surface cleaning. It can be used together with active bleach in cleaning, but it is unstable for long-term storage in a strong oxidative (active bleach) system. Suggested dosage: 0.6% detergent, 0.3~0.6% softener, 0.2% kitchen/floor cleaner, 0.2% transparent detergent, and 0.05% wet tissue.
