production method
1. The dried bromine was added dropwise to a mixture of boiling fluorobenzene and pyridine, and the hydrogen bromide generated by the reaction was absorbed by water. Then continue heating for 2h. After cooling, sodium hydroxide solution was added and extracted with ether. The extract was dried over anhydrous potassium carbonate and fractionated. The 75-90°C fraction is unreacted fluorobenzene and the 148-154°C fraction is p-bromofluorobenzene. The yield is about 49%.production method

In a 15L round bottom flask, place 100 g (1.1 mol) of aniline, 1 L of water, and 100 mL (1
2.mol) concentrated hydrochloric acid. When the aniline is dissolved, 5 L of water is added and the flask is cooled in an ice bath. Then 577 g (185 mL, 3.6 mol) of bromine was slowly fed until the solution had a significant yellow color, which took about 34 h and the reaction was complete. The tribromoaniline was eluted with Brinell. The hydrobromic acid was thoroughly washed off with water and sucked dry. In a 5 L flask equipped with a reflux condenser, wet tribromoaniline, 2.1 L of 95% ethanol, and 525 mL of benzene were placed. The flask was placed on a steam bath and heated to dissolve the tribromoaniline. 140 mL of concentrated sulfuric acid was added to the solution, and then 140 g (2.03 mol) of powdery sodium nitrite was added while maintaining the reaction under normal conditions. When the reaction is complete, the solution is heated and boiled, and this state is maintained until no more gas escapes, and then placed in a warm place for 3 hours. After the mixture was cooled, it was filtered and then a solution of 150 mL of concentrated sulfuric acid and 1.5 L of water was added to the solid. When the excess sodium nitrite has been decomposed, it is filtered, the solid is washed with water and then washed with a small amount of ethanol. Crude dry 1,3,5-tribromobenzene is red-brown, melting point 112~116°C, yield 250~260g, yield 74%~7
