production method
It is derived from the reaction of n-propanol with phosphorus triiodide. First red phosphorus mixed with n-propanol, heated to 80 ° C in a water bath, then add iodine tablets, keep the temperature 85-95 ° C, reaction 2h. After fractionation, the crude product is obtained, followed by washing; after drying, fractionation is performed, and the fraction 102-103.50C is collected to obtain 1-iodopropane.
