Application of Ethylene Glycol Monostearate
0.95 mol of stearic acid, 1 mol of ethylene glycol and catalytic amount of sulfuric acid are dropped into the reactor. When the acid value drops below 6mgKOH/g, the esterification reaction is completed, and then the feed liquid is poured into the neutralization tank. Neutralize to an acid value of 4mgKOH/g. Let go of the lye, decolorize with hydrogen peroxide, cool and crystallize, dry after centrifugal filtration, and pack to get the finished product.
