Preparation of 2,5-Dimethoxy-4-Ethylbenzaldehyde

Using 2,5-methoxybenzenesulfonyl chloride as raw material, zinc powder was reduced at 70-80 ℃ under acidic conditions, and 2,5-dimethoxybenzenesulfonyl was distilled under reduced pressure to obtain 2,5-dimethoxybenzenesulfonyl. The obtained 2,5-dimethoxybenzenesulfonyl was condensed with bromoethane at 70-80 ℃ under alkaline conditions, and then the yellow oil 2,5-dimethoxyethylbenzenesulfonyl was distilled under reduced pressure to obtain white solid by reacting phosphorus oxychloride and Dimethylformamide at 70-80 ℃, I.e. the desired 2,5-dimethoxy-4-ethylthiobenzaldehyde.
